This is a living document.  Updates and additions will be reflected in the document below.

This is the general reporting form for the Tolland County Robotics Foundation.  This can be used by Lead Mentors, Mentors, Student Mentors, Parents, Volunteers, Students (in conjunction with an adult) and other interested parties.  This form is intended for the following types of incidents:

Sexual Misconduct and Abuse

Youth Protection Incidents 

Adult or Mentor Behavior/ Misconduct

Behavioral Management Issues

Youth-to-youth misconduct

Discrimination

Harassment

Bullying

Violence

Medical Incidents

Any incident, issue, or concern

The list above is not exhaustive. It is highly encouraged for you to always report and document issues, even if you are concerned about it being in one of the above categories.
